The Annual Conference Party Hard 2018 Holds in HTP
On February 17, the annual conference Party Hard 2018 was held in the business-incubator of the Hi-Tech Park. The event was devoted to innovations in such industries as Hardware, Software, Firmware, Big Data, IoT and Cloud-technologies. The event gathered experienced speakers from Belarus and Russia, experts, representatives of leading Belarusian companies, ambitious engineers and implementers.
Igor Mamonenko, the CEO of the group of companies BelHard, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of Party Hard 2018. According to him, the conference annually gathers the most advanced representatives of the Hardware sphere, so its value can hardly be overemphasized.
Pavel Prokhorov, the co-founder and deputy director of Nero Electronics, attended the conference. His first speech was devoted to the "smart house" system, which allows you to automate the control of lighting, household equipment, rolladens and other devices in an apartment or a cottage. All automatic equipment for a house and office is created at Nero Electronics' own production in Minsk, and the unique technical solutions are patented.
The topic of the second speech, which caused a rapid flow of questions from the audience, was connected with a smart metering, that is, an intelligent consideration of energy resources. Pavel described how the company ordered a "sexy counter", and what complex tasks had to be solved by specialists to create it.
Artem Vorobyov, the designer of technical processes of the HTP resident-company Softeq Development, devoted his presentation to hardware-devices that are necessary for the world of blockchain and in particular cryptocurrency mining. The expert himself has 10 years of experience in development and technical management.
Sergey Kazyuchits, the head of the product department in beCloud, spoke about the new idea of the work of data processing centers. He presented the work of the Republican data center beCloud, explaining the internal structure and functioning of the security system. According to him, today modular solutions are very important for the formation of data centers.
The head of MTS network development department in Belarus, Artem Maksimenko, spoke about the introduction of NB-IoT technology in the operator's network. MTS received permission to use NB-IoT in the 900 MHz band and is now in the stage of implementing practical projects. Part of the IoT solution from MTS is a specialized platform that allows to significantly accelerate the implementation of IoT solutions by integrating developer's applications with NB-IoT radio modems.
Alexander Bondar, the partner of the law firm Sysuyev, Bondar, Khraputsky, spoke about ICO trends in 2017 and prospects for 2018, shared the factors of successful ICO, and conducted a comparative analysis of ICO regulation in various jurisdictions of the world, including the Republic of Belarus.
