Summarizing the passing year, I can say that it was intensive and fruitful , having brought new opportunities for our companyand created all conditions to work on the peak of inspiration.
Having received the status of SAP Service Partner in the CIS region, we successfully mastered the new SAP HANA technology, which allows operating with huge amounts of data and thus dramatically accelerating business processes, giving organizations a possibility to use information in real time. Our consultants have underwent training in the SAP training centres in UAE, Russia and Belarus and have also been the first in the world gaining work experience on SAP HANA projects
Ozone participated in a range of exhibitions and conferences in Hannover, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Madrid. We’ve also participated for the first time as a Silver sponsor in the SAP Forum 2012 in Dubai, UAE, consolidating our position in the new market.
We are satisfied with this year results that reflect the quality of our work and the unity of our team. We are not going to stop: hoping to participate next year in more projects on the national market. We have gained a unique global experience combined with best practices, innovations in other words all what lets a company to become modernized and competitive.

2012 was very eventful for us. Firstly, we opened development center Playtica Bel in Minsk, became Hi-Tech Park residents. Millions of people all over the world play our games, that are on 12 platforms now. Our leading game Slotomania became № 2 among box-office most successful iOS apps on Facebook. The amount of the company employees more than doubled if to compare with the times when it started.
We hope that in a new year we will not just keep the same tempo of growth but will make it faster.
SaM Solutions Belarus

We will remember 2012 for its bright events, as well as for a series of huge steps forward on the road of the company development. We promoted new key competences, started cooperation with important customers and clients, were mentioned on a couple of rating lists, participated in various international events. We have grown, both in terms of quality and quantity. Next year SaM Solutions will celebrate its 20anniversary. I have no doubts that our company thanks to enthusiasm and professional skills of the team will not make any steps back. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

2012 turned out to be very eventful for us.
We expect the company money turnover to increase by 30%.
This year we launched new services: support of cloud services and solutions, remote infrastructure management.
ScienceSoft office in Finland received the status of authorized IBM partner in the field of information safety. Not so long ago our specialists started working on the project in the sphere of information safety for a big Middle East oil company. Thus, another country, Saudi Arabia, joined the list of our markets.
We became more active on the national market – started to promote services in the fields of information safety, solutions for mobile phones, project management for national companies in banking and telecommunications spheres.
This year we expanded our opportunities having purchased Tieto office in Belarus.
All in all, this year results must become a good investment in the future of our company and we hope to witness this in the coming year.
Synesis

In 2012 we continued to grow and develop to offer our customers more effective solutions in the area of video surveillance and analysis. We took part in a range of seminars, dedicated to the development of technologies in this spheres, including Comprehensive safety 2012, international forum All-over-IP 2012, exhibition Man and safety 2012. In 2012 Synesis received a grant from Russian innovative fund Skolkovo to realize the project Open platform for video analysis. Within the framework of this project we have developed new video and analytical solutions – Casiopea (video analysis for business) and Tsefei (video analysis for safety). I am sure that 2013 will become no less successful for us. We offered our customers new modern solutions for business development and its safety.
Viber Media

This year was a turning point for us. Firstly, a separate company Viber Media was born: we moved to a new comfortable office, became HTP residents. Secondly, we managed to take part in several IT conferences and even became organizers of some of them. We are looking forward to a new year and we have a lot planned!

Having started its activity from the development of software for mobile devices, the company was moving in the same direction during 2012.
Despite the fact that 2012 appeared to be not an easy period for us, the company coped with all the tasks successfully, what helped us to gain valuable experience and new partners for the long-term cooperation. It’s a pleasure to understand that the direction chosen by us, namely development of solutions on Google Android platform, has not exhausted its potential. And while the applications developed by our company for this platform in 2010-2011 were mainly products for smartphones, 2012, mainly due to diversity of devices and the nature of the platform, has brought a lot of interesting, technologically new projects connected with the formation of various solutions, ranging from automation of business-processes to entertainment. Nowadays Android is not just an OS for a handset or tablet, but a platform for realization of new ideas.
During 2012 the company took an active participation in different projects directly connected with the usage of Google Android in the spheres of heath care, entertainment and advertisement.
In the coming 2013 we predict productive work on the running long-term projects, improvement of marketing strategy, as well as market expansion and entering new spheres to provide the services.
ST Group

This year brought ST Group important changes. From an innovation association we developed into a holding. In 2012 this new structure justified our expectations: integration into the holding made it possible for ST Group companies to provide complex services to our clients in all the areas of activities.
Nowadays ST Group cooperates with world vendors, develops new technologies and partnership programs. In September we signed a partnership agreement with a leading provider of software solutions for the banking industry Misys.
In 2012 we advanced in Business Intelligence, CRM and Internet-banking. Thus, ST Group released the first full-function Internet-banking application for mobile devices in Belarus.
We also increased the amount of our products on foreign markets, namely in CIS and Western Europe, and opened a representative office in the U.S. In 2013 we are planning to pay even more attention to this in order to introduce competitive solutions to the global IT market.
