HTP Resident-Company Acquired by Major American Internet Corporation
Mindspark Interactive Network, an operating business of InterActiveCorp (IAC), announced the acquisition of Apalon. The HTP resident-company became a part of the largest in its sector U.S. internet company InterActiveCorp (IAC).
This partnership will efficiently consolidate Apalon expertise with the extensive Mindspark experience. The acquisition of Apalon makes Mindspark a stronger player in the mobile market.

Apalon’s applications, which include Weather Live, Notepad+, Emoji Keypad, etc., have been downloaded more than 200 million times.
