Startup: How to Build an Effective Team

On September 21, a workshop on team building was conducted in the HTP business incubator by Denis Gurlenya, founder and director of FoxHunt, a head hunting company.
Participants learned what to consider when building a team and how to be a successful leader. They was also engaged in a business game to develop negotiating skills. The winners received a book by Vladimir Tarasov and the opportunity to visit a round-table meeting on November 20, 2015.
Fox Hunt specializes on executive search and head hunting using Fox Hunt Team mobile platform. The company develops and implements systems of non-material incentives, conducts training seminars and workshops and provides coaching and consulting services.
