Hi-Tech Park resident developed an emergency call management system

Epol Soft, Hi-Tech Park resident, has developed an information system for ambulance call management – “Emergency Medical Teams”. 

It is worth noting that Epol Soft's product is the only solution for the coordination of operators and ambulance crews developed in Belarus that meets the international standard FHIR HL7.

The software has already been incorporated into the workflow of Brest emergency station: more than 200 employees actively use the system. The figures are impressive. In just a few months, the system has already processed more than 200,000 ambulance calls. The company does not rest on its laurels; on the contrary, it intends to further promote its product throughout Belarus. 

The "Emergency Medical Teams " information system is a service available on a mobile device.  According to the developers, "the solution speeds up information transfer between operators and ambulance crews, reduces paperwork and time for document preparation, collection and processing of analytical information.

The system has wide functionality and flexibility, and is integrated with the operator information system. In addition, the Pharmacy Warehouse information system is currently being developed to help control the stock and consumption of medicines in ambulance crews.
