IT-Akademgrad Forum: Hi-Tech Park residents among AI leaders
The 4th International IT-Akademgrad Forum“Artificial Intelligence in Belarus” opened at the National Academy of Sciences in Minsk, bringing together leading experts, scientists, and business representatives to discuss trends and future prospects in AI development. A key highlight of the forum was a comprehensive exhibition of innovative solutions in artificial intelligence and robotics. Hi-tech Park resident companies showcased their unique projects, clearly demonstrating the high standard of Belarusian technologies and their relevance across diverse industries.
SkillSoft presented its DynaApp platform, designed to build complex business applications and accounting systems without writing a single line of code. Leveraging AI, the platform instantly transforms tasks expressed in natural language into fully functional software solutions. The company also introduced its Cardio AI Assistant — an intelligent tool for angiography labs that analyzes procedures in real time, flags potential errors, and supports physicians in making accurate decisions. It is essential that the system is trained and fine-tuned in close collaboration with active medical professionals.
Axonim showcased a hardware-software solution for tracking objects and their movement in low-light or complete darkness. This thermal imaging device with AI-based software identifies people, vehicles, or animals and can be applied across various sectors. Additionally, the company presented an AI-based system for assessing the condition of car-sharing vehicles. Using photo and video analysis, it detects car body damage before and after rental and generates detailed reports highlighting identified issues.
BelHard Development demonstrated a wide range of solutions for multiple industries. Among them was CardioGuru, an AI-based software system for ECG analysis that enables rapid diagnosis of cardiovascular conditions. Their AI Agronomist analyzes satellite monitoring data, soil sensors, and weather forecasts, offering step-by-step guidance, explaining agrotechnology in simple words and even motivating users with humor. The company also presented solutions for legal tech, social media, and environmental monitoring, and announced plans to develop a national LLM system to automate document workflows and support public and business processes.
At the forum, BelHard Development received two awards:

• 3rd place diploma in the category “AI Project Leader”
Algimed Techno presented its AI-powered solution for diagnosing women’s health conditions. The system includes the NOVAprep platform, ALSENSE HPV and NOVAprep miR-CERVIX reagent kits. Data analysis and interpretation are performed using machine learning algorithms that continuously improve through daily training. The software enables fast and accurate processing of complex data, delivering results in a format that is clear for medical professionals.
Software Solutions Plus introduced a platform for digitizing paper documents with integrated AI and language models, helping businesses and government entities analyze large volumes of data more efficiently.
StackLevel Group unveiled its Century platform, which received a 3rd place diploma in the “AI Product Leader” category. The solution facilitates the integration of AI and large language models into public administration and enterprise systems.
At their booth, the Scientific and Production Center for Multifunctional Unmanned Systems showcased various UAV models, along with hardware-software and pilot-navigation systems for their operation.
